And I'll be there. I am now NPO. It's not like I should be thirsty, considering I just drank a lake, but just knowing you can't have anything makes it harder. Oh well, I'll survive. I survived my "date" and everything is calm. The kids are sound asleep and even the animals have gathered 'round my bed. Apparently, I'm the center of attention tonight.
Unfortunately, my dear friend came down with the "bug" and she was not able to come over tonight. I know she feels bad but it's really okay. My nerves are not as frazzled as I expected them to be. Actually, I feel quite peaceful at the moment. I'm starting to get sleepy (which is a good thing). I think I will finish up this post and snuggle in my bed beside my sweet little Katelyn.
Tomorrow morning is going to be a busy day. (heck, I should say, this morning) I am not sure if I'll have time to drop in just before leaving or not. So, if I don't...just know that I appreciate all of the thoughts and prayers you have sent my way. Check back here somewhere towards dinner time to find a post-op update (Thanks, Steph).
