Thanks for the tip on the potatoes. I will try that. We also like the parmesan shake and bake when I am baking my chicken. I always get it when it is on sale. I also like extra crispy kind. As far as your thighs, sorry about that, I have been cooking too many treats. My bulk goes straight to my stomach area (I would say abs but that is comical at this point) I am going to have to slow down with my cooking and eating. But with apple crisp in the house it is hard to do. It isn't all that bad for you,however. Oh well, my pants are getting tighter so I will have to either slow down, work out, or buy new pants!
