For 139 days, Baby Jacob Ryan Fahmer lived on this side of Heaven. Jacob, a beautiful gift of God, was born with Trisomy 18. He blessed those who came to know and love him. His fighting spirit and the faith of his family amaze me daily. Sadly, Jacob has earned his wings. Please keep his entire family in your thoughts. Pray that his parents and brothers, Joshua and Jonathon, will feel the arms of the Lord hold them as they learn a new "normal" for their lives.
Thank you Baby Jacob (and your parents) for letting each of us to have a glimpse into your life. Being able to witness your incredible, amazing journey has allowed so many to see the many miracles the Lord has to offer.
