Please Pray!

I told you yesterday of our dear friends who welcomed their baby girl. Unfortunately, after about two hours of being with her mom and dad, she started having difficulty breathing. She was then transferred to a hospital equipped with a RNICU where she is currently. I haven't had a chance to speak to mom about it but did speak to dad for a few minutes this afternoon. Baby Maddison was on oxygen, having tests ran, and will require heart surgery. Please Please pray for baby Maddison. Pray for her strength, a quick recovery, and a quick homecoming. Pray for her parents as well, that they may feel the love and comfort of the Father as well as those friends and family who love them.

Bret & Steph, if you need anything at all, please do not hesitate to call us. We have witnessed the RNICU first hand, not once but three times. It is a scary place. Be patient. Don't let it consume you. Remember to take it minute by minute. Try to remain as positive as you can. Talk about your experiences. Write them down. Learn as much as you can about each monitor, wire, medicine and procedure. My heart aches for you both. And remember that you both need to rest and recover. Hold eachother close during this time. I will continue to pray for your family.
