TOUCH DOWN!

We scored one! :)

Jacob's team did well, scoring a TD. Unfortunately, it just wasn't enough to win the game as the other team scored two of them. But we scored the first one!!

Jacob had so much fun. He received a good chunk of game time and was in on a couple tackles too. The first play, he took off running and ended up losing his shoe in the mix. Another blunder of his: He tried quite hard to tackle an opponent, diving in hopes of capturing him by the legs. It didn't happen. Instead, I watched as my son rolled across the field much like a hotdog rolls off a plate! Of course, that didn't slow him down. He had fun and that is all that I ask!

I hope each of you had a great weekend too. I'm off to do some studying before lab tomorrow.
