Oh, I can't wait to taste this yummy meal. We even have dinner rolls to go along with it! Yummy!

We had a roast on Saturday and I've heard a few people planning roasts for dinner this week...must be the weather! Tonight we enjoyed some homemade chicken quesadillas! My hubby is a great chef and we even tried to make a "health" version of this yummy favorite. If you haven't tried the La Tortilla Factory Garlic & Herb tortillas - you've got to do so soon! They're yummy for wraps!
Well, last night I had a box lunch that the school so graciously provides (for $3.00). It was a chicken caesar wrap, sun chips, tiny baby carrots, and a brownie. It was pretty good, of course I ate it at my desk, alone, which is not as nice as a dinner with my hubby. Oh well! At least I didn't have to cook! Oh yeah, and when I got home I had a big McDonald's ice cream cone! YUM!
