After spending many hours in the ER, we received the results of the CT scan. Two right ovarian cysts and thickening of the intestines. The diagnosis was another bout of colitis.
Without having another colonscopy, I'm not sure that they will be able to determine the exact type of colitis. They are guessing infectious colitis. Back on March 3, I went to the ER for similar problems. The pathology results from that time was ischemic colitis!
I have an appointment with my physician on Thursday. I will then be scheduled with my GI doctor to figure out what to do now.

Oh goodness . . . I know how fun that is! I will keep you in my thoughts. I hope you have a quick recovery! I am currently finishing up my last week of steroids for (another!) flare up of my Crohn's. They are taking about putting me on stronger meds with some scary side effects - no thanks! I hope you feel much better VERY soon! Oh, and tell Emilee that I will be at the Christmas party tomorrow!
Hope you feel better soon. I hate issues like that that take you to the hospital...bummer. Let me know if there is anything I can do.
