Or not! You could be like me and just watch the snow continue to fall and imagine that it will be easier to just wait until it stops before digging out.
Oh, the weather outside is frightful...
Okay, not really. But it does look very pretty! The snow has continued to come down, covering everything with a pure white blanket. The wind is blowing and the drifts are growing, just as predicted. I imagine there will be some snow days tomorrow as the back roads are just horrible for driving (according to my sources).
We just let our dog out. I'm not sure that he enjoys this snow. He made a quick stop to the side yard, tinkled, and then circled around to the deck before he expected to be let back in. The girls have already bundled up and played in the snow for a bit. That was two hours ago though, so surely it would be more fun now since there is more snow. Right? Tim has moved from the bed to the recliner, insistant that he isn't dealing with a hangover. (snicker) Jonathon has devoured every-single-sucker he has laid eyes on. Austin has decided to shower with Jonathon (to wash off his sticky fingered brother) and sit around watching Christmas shows.
And me? I'm just relaxing. Taking pictures. And enjoying this lazy, laid back, snowy, Sunday afternoon.
What are you all up to?
Oh, and Kristi...I wish we lived closer! Imagine the fun the boys would have together playing outdoors in this winter wonderland. It's been a few years since our last meeting. Time to arrange another! :D
More photos to come after a while...
