That's one way...

We've taken the girls' bed down so we can get their room ready for the new one. As we're cleaning, Katelyn says,

"We need a bed in here so we can put stuff under it."

I told her,

"That's one way to make sure you clean your toys up then, isn't it? To take your bed away."

She replied with,

"We like to hide things under our bed so we don't have to clean so much."

I laughed and said,

"I know Katelyn. Mommy did the same thing when she was a kid."

I didn't tell her I still put things under the bed. *smile*
